James Berry guilty of breaking into the dwelling house of William Pagett in the parish of Kidderminster on 4th June 1745; and stealing therefrom a cloth coat (valued at 3/-), a damask waistcoat (valued at 3/-), a gold ring (valued at 10/-), a silver ring (valued at 12d) and a gold guinea.
